Job Summary
Serve as the welcoming primary point of contact for clients via phone, text, and email. Coordinate service appointments, route calls, and efficiently manage field technician schedules. Maintain precise customer records, process account updates, and keep databases organized. Closely support sales and field teams with billing, lead management, and vital administrative tasks. This Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule provides a stable work environment at our Kapolei headquarters. Comprehensive hands-on training is provided for the right candidate.
