You’ll provide one-on-one support, operate specialized program equipment (training provided), encourage participants using tools like journaling and goal setting, and maintain accurate session records while communicating updates with the team. The role emphasizes building trust and creating a welcoming, calm environment for every participant. This position requires 2+ years of full-time experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
