Job Summary
Customer Care Specialist to guide individuals through a structured service program, provide one-on-one support during scheduled sessions, operate program tools with training, and create a welcoming, supportive environment. Responsibilities include encouraging participants with journaling and goal setting, keeping accurate session progress records, and communicating updates with the team. Ideal candidates bring attitude, compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills, with experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, education, coaching, mentoring, or other people-focused roles. Required Qualifications
