Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support during scheduled service sessions, operate specialized program equipment with training provided, and encourage participants using journaling, goal setting, and reflection. Maintain accurate session progress records and communicate updates with the team. Create a welcoming, calm environment for every individual. This role emphasizes building trust, providing encouragement, and delivering a positive, client-focused experience from start to finish. The position requires 2+ years of full-time professional experience, strong communication skills, and completion of background checks and drug screening. Training and certification are provided.
