Job Summary
Fully-time Customer Care Specialist/Receptionist at Jaguar Land Rover South Dade. Responsible for greeting customers, answering inquiries, directing visitors, and providing information about products and services. Manages telephone switchboard, handles walk-in and phone inquiries, processes invoices and purchase orders, and coordinates with sales and departments. Maintains reception area and supports administrative tasks such as mail, memos, and document preparation. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, a high school education, one year of customer service experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, reliability, and punctuality. Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate)
