Job Summary

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for order processing for factory and distributed goods, including managing customer inquiries and facilitating timely deliveries. This role includes entering customer orders into SAP, coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records. Required qualifications include 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, alongside an Associate Degree or equivalent. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, familiarity with sales/order systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Customer Service experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Associate Degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in pricing strategies and quotations
  • Strong computer skills in the Windows environment and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of a sales/order entry system (SAP)
  • Knowledge of Sales Force/Service Max

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in the nuclear industry or in electronics
  • Experience with Lean concepts
  • Knowledge of French
