Job Summary
Customer Care Specialist for lower limb prosthetics/bracing solutions. Responsibilities include processing orders, providing pricing/availability, handling warranties/returns, coordinating with clinicians and field sales, CRM data entry, and maintaining product/technical knowledge. Must read order forms, measurements, prosthetic fabrication instructions, and communicate effectively with clinicians. Requires strong written/spoken communication and adherence to quality standards; 5 years of relevant experience and MS Office proficiency expected; basic accounting and medical terminology knowledge desirable.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate
- 5 years’ experience in customer service
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of accounting terms desirable
- Basic medical terminology desirable
