Job Summary
Customer Operations Specialist II role focused on delivering Best in Class customer service in the Food Service industry. Responsibilities include researching and responding to complex phone/case types, resolving delivery issues, processing credits, managing orders and routing, supporting Level I/II associates via internal chat, researching delivery statuses, assisting with inbound inquiries via phone/email/SMS, and performing order entry/management as needed. Requires strong written/verbal communication, CRM/Salesforce experience, and ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED
- 1 year relevant experience in similar duties or demonstrated ability as Level 1/2 support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
