Position Summary: Provides support to customers and terminal operations by managing communications and coordinating service activities. Delivers accurate documentation and timely assistance to strengthen customer relationships and improve operational efficiency. Major Tasks include handling inbound calls and emails, scheduling appointments, coordinating with terminal operations to optimize pickup and delivery times, preparing dispatch paperwork, supporting billing and data entry, conducting driver check-ins, responding to customer requests across channels, monitoring service activities to identify issues, and taking corrective action to maintain quality.
