Job Summary
Customer Care Specialist I in a hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX. Manage order entry for customers, handle complaints and claims, monitor customer credit notes, provide feedback on sales performance, help resolve disputes between Sales and Marketing and Customers, process returns, issue invoices, maintain databases, and produce reports. Requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of customer service experience with 2+ years in a call center; fluent English with excellent telephone manner; strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Role emphasizes on-site collaboration with a minimum of four days in-office per week and is aligned with BD’s healthcare-focused product environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- 2 years of call center experience preferred
- Fluent English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure
