Job Summary
Provide administrative support and exceptional customer service to Acuity team members on a medical exam or drug screening program within Occupational Health Services. Coordinate with examinees and network providers to schedule employment-related examinations; follow program-specific protocols; use software to process scheduling, tracking, and final status for billing and delivery. Interact daily with the medical team, examinees, employers, and contracted facilities; handle inquiries by phone, fax, email, and mail; ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of results; contribute to safety and regulatory initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
