Job Summary
Customer Care Specialist acts as a liaison between customers and branch personnel, assisting with sales, payments, account and billing questions, complaints, error resolution, and other inquiries. Responsibilities include managing branch-level customer communication, processing payments and account changes, answering questions, resolving issues, advising on current promotions, and performing general office duties. Key skills include communication, organization, problem solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment. Full-time role with typical hours Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., located in Berwick, PA. Travel ~5% expected.
