Customer Care Specialist (French Market)

Answer B2C and B2B customer requests via phone, email, and chat by listening carefully to understand needs and finding the best solution. Provide clear, accurate information to ensure a positive experience while handling questions, issues, and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Follow up on requests as needed, working independently while knowing when to ask for support or collaborate with other teams. Based in Barcelona, this role requires native French and fluent English, CRM knowledge, and experience in customer support. A permanent contract includes flexible working arrangements with two days home office per week and additional remote flexibility during summer and December.
