Job Summary
As our Customer Care Specialist, you’ll drive seamless order fulfillment and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll own the end-to-end process—from initial order entry through invoicing and returns—verifying product availability, coordinating shipments, and managing pricing. You’ll generate invoices, monitor payment timelines, provide timely product samples and technical documentation, and support cross-functional partners in sales, logistics, and finance. You’ll leverage SAP to access data, create pricing documentation, and develop ad-hoc reports while ensuring pricing accuracy and policy compliance. Your proactive, collaborative approach will bolster customer trust, elevate service quality, and contribute to continuous improvement across procurement, inventory planning, and operational efficiency. You’ll adapt to daily priorities and urgent requests, maintain organized records, and help drive sales enablement and customer satisfaction through precise execution and effective communication. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of experience in a similar position is required
- Experience working within SAP is required
