Job Summary
Customer Care Specialist handling key account relationships and acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure tailored electronic manufacturing solutions meet client requirements in terms of quality, cost, and delivery. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring account performance (revenue, margin, satisfaction, risk, forecasting), applying strong sales and negotiation skills, analyzing customer data and industry trends, leveraging CRM and account-planning tools, maintaining technical familiarity in electronics, and coordinating across engineering and supply chain to deliver value through long-term, strategic customer partnerships.
