Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed for the General Medical-Surgical unit (4 West) at Jefferson Hospital in Allegheny Health Network. Provides nursing care for adolescent to adult post-operative and medical-surgical patients, with opportunities to lead, participate in quality initiatives, and support patient safety. Day shift, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance
- Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in area of specialty (preferred)
- Experience in Med-Surg nursing (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC required
- Background clearances (Act 34, Act 33, FBI) required
- CPR certification required
