Job Summary
Customer Care Specialist handles customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, triages and documents conversations, communicates product/technical information clearly, and provides follow-up, inventory requests, and BOM/quotes. Responsibilities include escalating complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Order Management, Quotes, Shipping and Receiving, Manufacturing, Sales, Account Management), maintaining confidentiality, and continually learning products. Candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience; call-center experience and knowledge of lighting technology are preferred. Proficiency with tools such as Fishbowl, Configure One, Magento, Google Docs/Sheets, RingCentral, Zendesk, and related customer/sales modules is beneficial. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and the ability to educate customers on proper product usage.
Required Qualifications
