Job Summary
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions while delivering accurate solutions and maintaining a professional tone. Handle customer complaints to find effective resolutions and ensure satisfaction by meeting performance targets. Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed. Work rotating shifts across morning, afternoon, and night periods, with schedules shared in advance and options to swap with teammates. Earn a base salary of €1,500/month plus language and performance bonuses, with a relocation package including flight or train travel, 25 days of accommodation, and a €1,500 relocation bonus. Fluent Dutch and English are required.
