Job Summary
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions while delivering accurate solutions and maintaining a professional tone. Handle customer complaints to find effective resolutions and collaborate with team members and other departments as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets while working rotating shifts across morning, afternoon, and night periods. The role offers a permanent contract with a base salary of €1,500/month plus language and performance bonuses, totaling approximately €1,850–€2,100/month, alongside a relocation package including flight or train travel, 25 days of accommodation, and a €1,500 relocation bonus.
