Job Summary
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions while delivering accurate solutions and maintaining a professional tone. Handle customer complaints to find effective resolutions and ensure satisfaction by meeting performance targets. Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed. Work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) across 4–5 days per week, with schedules shared in advance and options to swap. Receive a permanent contract with a base salary of €1,500/month plus language and performance bonuses, totaling €1,850–€2,100/month. Includes a relocation package covering flights, 25 days of accommodation, and a €1,500 bonus. Fluent Dutch and English required.
