Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions, maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all interactions to ensure satisfaction and meet performance targets. Collaborate with team members and other departments when needed. Work rotating shifts across morning, afternoon, and night periods, with schedules shared in advance and options to swap with teammates.
