Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions while delivering accurate solutions in a timely manner. Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions, maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all interactions to ensure satisfaction and meet performance targets. Collaborate with team members and other departments when needed. This permanent role offers a base salary of €1,500/month plus language and performance bonuses, totaling €1,850–€2,100/month, alongside a relocation package including flight or train travel and 25 days of accommodation. The position involves rotating shifts across morning, afternoon, and night periods, with 35 hours per week and gym access included.
