Job Summary
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions while delivering accurate solutions in a timely manner. Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions, maintaining a professional and friendly tone to ensure satisfaction and meet performance targets. Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed. Work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) across four to five days per week, with schedules shared in advance and options to swap with teammates. Enjoy a permanent contract starting day one, including a relocation package with flight or train support, 25 days of accommodation, and a €1,500 bonus.
