Job Summary
Outgoing, care-oriented Customer Care Specialist who will split duties between in-store customer service and processing/handling shipments, including desktop delivery to federal customers. Role involves roughly half time delivering items and half time assisting customers in the store, embodying the “face of our company” for military and federal customers, while helping to run store operations and support visually impaired employees. Responsibilities include assisting with customer service, processing incoming/outgoing shipments, and providing ERP-based data entry and order accuracy. Required are retail customer service experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, ability to handle shipments, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and basic computer/ERP skills.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pick, pack, load and unload large shipments
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review orders and enter information accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills working with e-mail and an ERP system
