Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by phone and email, process customer orders accurately, provide after-sales support, assist with order status, product availability, and shipping inquiries, and coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM, support departmental coverage during planned absences, and continuously learn CHAUVET products and processes to better support customers. Requires strong communication, data-entry accuracy, multitasking, and the ability to balance workload in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
- Experience supporting customers by phone in a business environment
- Experience using CRM software and case management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience working with shipping carriers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks without sacrificing quality or accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make sound decisions while following company policies and procedures
- Eagerness to learn new systems, products, and processes
