Job Summary
Contract Customer Care Specialist responsible for end-to-end customer relationship management from inquiry through order completion, including quote management, order ownership, and RMAs, with proactive communication and cross-functional coordination with Production, Supply Chain, Shipping, and Doc Control. Focus on accurate order processing, order visibility, timely responses to quotes and inquiries, and escalation of risks. Requires ownership, execution discipline, attention to detail, prioritization, and strong professional communication; preferred experience in manufacturing or regulated environments and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of customer service, order management, coordination, or related experience in manufacturing, medical device, industrial, or other regulated environments preferred
- ERP/MRP, QuickBooks, inventory, or order management system experience
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
