Job Summary
Customer Care Specialist responsible for delivering superior customer experience via inbound/outbound banking calls, assessing customer financial needs, guiding product information, resolving issues, and meeting service and referral goals. Roles include developing client relationships, handling a wide range of banking tasks (stop payments, statements, deposits, wires, e-banking, Reg. E disputes, account relations), maintaining compliance with policies, participating in training and script delivery, and collaborating with branches and support areas to resolve customer issues. Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus; strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential to support fast-paced banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years customer service experience
- One to three years call center experience strongly preferred
