Job Summary
CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST TIER I role handling front-line customer inquiries and support across multiple locations via phone and in-person interactions. Responsibilities include answering and screening calls, directing customers to the appropriate department, processing payments and scheduling deliveries using Storis, providing timely information on warranties and returns, ordering parts for missing hardware, following up on service orders with the factory, coordinating with sales to meet customer service goals, and maintaining organization and accurate invoicing.
