Customer Care Service Support Coord 3 role focused on PSA tracking, renewals, costing and contract management. Responsibilities include scheduling, tracking and monitoring renewal life cycle with account owners; escalating issues for timely follow-up; reviewing and driving revenue forecasts and booking processes; ensuring renewal standards are applied across branches; handling complex renewal scenarios; maintaining daily engagement with CSR teams; developing accurate cost estimates; direct interaction with customers to secure purchase orders or meet invoicing conditions; processing and reconciling invoices, AR disputes, and issuing credits/re-bills; updating service delivery plans and customer account details; providing overflow administrative support and inventory control tasks.
