Job Summary

The Customer Care Representative is responsible for addressing customer service needs for both Domestic and International customers, ensuring complaints are handled effectively, and providing support for the Sales and Marketing team. Key responsibilities include processing customer complaints, managing order inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience, complaint process preferable
  • Experience using order management systems such as JD Edwards, EPICOR, SAP, etc.
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team or individually
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Time Management, ability to multi-task

Desired Qualifications

  • International shipping experience a plus
  • Epicor experience a plus
