Job Summary
Customer Care Representative for Amoruso Ranch in Roseville, CA, responsible for day-to-day management and operation of the community, serving as the first point of contact for end-user inquiries and warranty-related questions. Duties include responding to homeowner requests via phone/email, processing and tracking work orders, coordinating with site construction and trade contractors to ensure warranty and service items are fulfilled, ensuring compliance with warranty guidelines, obtaining homeowner sign-off, managing purchase orders and related documentation, maintaining accurate notes in warranty systems, attending weekly site meetings, and supporting a customer outreach program. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities; basic repair tools and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected. Proficiency with iPhone/iPad, Windows laptop, and MS Word/Excel/Outlook is preferred. Salary range: $75,000–$85,000 with comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Customer Service experience includes at least 2 years, with 1 year in the building industry preferred.
