Job Summary
Conduct inbound sales and retention calls to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and build positive customer relationships. Proactively promote products and services to new and existing customers while implementing strategies to reduce churn and increase loyalty. Educate clients on features and benefits to drive sales, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and investigate complaints to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer-related goals. This role requires meeting and exceeding sales targets within a fast-paced environment, utilizing CRM software to manage customer data and support retention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in retail sales and inbound sales
- Strong retention skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help and assist customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
- Must be able to move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
Additional Requirements
- Authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Subject to background and security investigation
- Must submit to drug screening
