Job Summary
Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative at Regions handles customer inquiries or complaints related to Loan Servicing products and services. Responsibilities include determining the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction, coordinating problem resolution with appropriate departments, informing customers of standard procedures or resolutions, following up to ensure satisfaction, and working under close supervision or defined procedures. This role requires compliance with risk management programs, regulations, and cybersecurity practices, and may involve periodic calls to existing customers to assess satisfaction. The role supports process improvements and disciplined change management, with potential overtime and eligibility for incentive plans. Training is Monday–Friday (7:30am–4:30pm CST) with after-training hours up to 40 hours/week. Benefits are provided and location is Hattiesburg, MS, USA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of customer service or related experience
