Job Summary
Customer Care Representative (Part-Time, On-site) provides exceptional service to customers contacting the bank via phone, email, chat, text, or other methods. Responsibilities include servicing all bank products, analyzing customer situations to determine solutions, owning the customer connection through resolution, supporting digital banking solutions and first-line employee system access, and promoting strong customer relationships. Duties encompass outbound follow-ups on account issues or campaigns, monitoring transactions for suspicious activity, assisting with card reorders and PIN resets, handling card disputes and Reg E events, assisting with new digital banking products and services, and ensuring compliance with regulations while maintaining knowledge of banking products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in customer sales/service or another front-line banking or financial services position
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a variety of people in a team environment
- Adapt easily to change and handle multiple tasks
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various financial products and services
- Strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well when busy
- Self-starter and goal driven
- Promote strong and lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service in an efficient and professional manner
- Provide support to customers and frontline employees for all digital banking solutions
- Provide system access support and a resource for Windows, Horizon Core, and other internal systems for bank employees
