Job Summary
Customer Care Representative position combining Home Health Aide field work with office-based customer service responsibilities. Primary duties include clerical and scheduling tasks, recruiting/interviewing/hiring for programs, and coordinating medical staff for Home Care visits. Must be able to learn and use BrightStar Care’s software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), communicate effectively, solve problems, and work both in a team and independently. Office-focused role with potential field work, weekday hours, and opportunities for growth within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must have home care experience at a minimum of 1 year (office and/or field work)
- Valid Driver's license
- Current Auto Insurance
- Having a 15-20 minute commute to business address is preferred
- Must be able to work in a team setting and/or independently
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must have good speaking skills
- Must be good with computers and smart-phone skills
