Job Summary
Customer Care Representative focused on warranty and service support for Homeowners via remote assessment, digital channels, and virtual technology. Responsibilities include promptly handling homeowner requests after reviewing documentation, guiding through troubleshooting remotely, explaining warranty coverage, documenting findings and communications, determining scope of warranty repairs, coordinating with Trade Partners, ensuring timely repairs and customer satisfaction, processing back charges and EPOs, addressing scheduling or payment issues with Trade Partners, and participating in after-hours on-call rotations to expedite emergency repairs. Emphasis on professional, proactive, and clear communication with homeowners, field teams, and Trade Partners, in alignment with Lennar’s warranty policies and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior customer service experience, preferably with a homebuilder
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to analyze problems and produce solutions
- Understanding of technical aspects of residential construction
