Job Summary
Customer Care Sales Representative responsible for maintaining and growing sales within a defined customer base and geographical territory, focusing on retention of preventative maintenance contracts, increasing revenue per customer, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Will develop and execute customer-focused strategies, act as primary point of contact, build relationships with key decision makers, and collaborate with district operations to improve service delivery. Requires adherence to Johnson Controls policies and the ability to report progress and metrics weekly and monthly. Must have a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and 2+ years of sales or customer service experience; strong communication skills and ability to sell intangible services; salary range $45,000-$60,000 plus competitive incentive plan and benefits.
Required Qualifications
