Job Summary
Analyze problems and provide information or solutions while operating a PC/image station to obtain and extract data. Document inquiry outcomes in the database and develop positive customer relations by coordinating with internal functions to handle requests timely. Research and analyze data to address operational challenges, then provide requested information to external and internal customers. Conduct outbound telephone calls and emails to answer questions, including walk-in inquiries, while navigating multiple computer applications. Maintain positive customer relations and ensure follow-ups are completed for all member needs.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of the company's experience in an automated customer service environment
- 100% attendance during the full duration of training
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift M-F between 8 am and 11 pm EST
- Possible weekend OT as needed
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
