Job Summary
Customer Care Representative I - Bilingual handles inbound/outbound customer questions via phone and written channels about insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims. Responsibilities include documenting outcomes in the database, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, researching data to address operational challenges, multi-tasking across calls, texts, faxes, and electronic queues, and maintaining empathy and strong communication in a hybrid in-office/remote setup. Requires basic training completion, ability to pass a pre-employment test, HS diploma or equivalent, and bilingual Spanish skills with a language assessment; Flexibility to work in-office at least part of the week and perform tasks with proficiency in MS Excel and digital tools.
