Job Summary
Customer Care Representative handles inquiries via phone and email, troubleshooting complex account or technical issues, and providing financial guidance with empathy and professionalism. Role includes promoting Associated Bank products, mentoring new team members to ensure consistent service quality, collaborating across teams to improve processes, and upholding compliance with bank policies and regulations. Shifts include 10:00am–7:00pm, 11:00am–8:00pm, and 12:00pm–9:00pm. Preference for bilingual English/Spanish. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than 2 years of customer service experience in banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing, or sales
