Job Summary
Provide prompt, courteous customer care via phone and email, troubleshoot and resolve complex account or technical issues using available tools, promote Associated Bank products and services that meet customer needs, mentor and train new team members to ensure high-quality service delivery, collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and customer experiences, and uphold compliance with bank policies and regulations. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than 2 years of customer service experience in banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing, or sales
