Job Summary
Entry-level Customer Care Representative/Dispatcher role in Phoenix, AZ. Responsible for answering incoming support calls, creating support tickets, identifying and escalating issues to Helpdesk, documenting call information per SOPs, using basic computer applications, communicating with customers/technicians/sales, scheduling service calls, and meeting monthly service goals. Must demonstrate problem solving, attention to detail, and strong communication skills; bilingual being a plus. Training provided; compensation $18-$22 per hour DOE with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications

- Experience using IT ticketing support systems
- Experience using Unified Communications for business solutions (Call Handling)
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Active listening
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bi-lingual is a plus
