Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and personal contact while resolving inquiries, processing counter transactions, and handling billing or collections as assigned. Document customer interactions, manage parts inventory, and ensure all paperwork is complete and submitted accurately. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service team to coordinate safe, timely responses for gas and water service needs. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment with regular attendance at the worksite.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable with a stable work history
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions
- Ability to maintain stability under pressure
