Customer Care Representative role focusing on handling telephone inquiries, walk-in questions, and email responses from insured members, employers, and providers; maintain knowledge of all Summary Plan Benefit plans administered; provide professional, respectful service while protecting confidential information; collaborate with the Client Services Division, participate in required in-service and staff meetings, and support continuous improvement in procedures and systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education required
- Minimum of one to three years of experience working with the public
- Previous insurance billing or customer service background recommended
