Job Summary
Answer customer inquiries via telephone, email, and written correspondence for TruMerit applicants and customers. Provide accurate information, resolve problems effectively, and process service requests timely to ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain fluency in both English and Spanish as the primary point of contact. Work Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM ET in a remote setting at $17.04/hour.
