Job Summary
Customer Care Representative to act as the single point of contact for Arketa Partners across chat, email, and Zoom. Own each interaction from first message to resolution, guide Partners through Arketa’s features, resolve operational problems for wellness studios and providers, and advocate for Partners to influence product decisions. Must communicate clearly in writing, manage multiple inquiries, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Migrations to unblock issues. Remote-friendly with roles supporting Canada and the United States; compensation in the disclosed annual base salary range. Role prioritizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and delivering a first-class Partner experience.
