Job Summary

Customer Care Representative (6 months) will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to orders, price and product information, and other service needs. You will be part of Order Management, acting as the link between OM, customers, and the business, processing transactions not moved to shared service centers, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of customers, addressing inquiries via phone/email/fax/chats/web portals, providing first-contact resolutions, registering service claims, managing order discrepancies and backorders, and coordinating with the business to allocate stock. Requirements include administrative background, minimum 2 years of experience, English upper intermediate (Portuguese a plus), advanced Excel and analytics skills, and experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus. 6-month contract located in ESP San Agustin del Guadalix, Spain.
