Job Summary
Follow up on customer phone calls after hours with the 3rd shift pharmacist, prioritizing customers during that shift. Perform designated pharmacy compliance tasks and provide support to the pharmacy team as delegated. Maintain effective communication skills, telephone etiquette, and strong organizational abilities while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Background in long-term care is preferred, and pharmacy technician certification is required within 90 days of hire.
