Job Summary
The Customer Care Rep is responsible for strengthening customer relationships by conducting account reviews and interacting with clients alongside Sales Reps. The role involves serving as a point of contact for deliveries, preparing reports, planning internal events, managing community initiatives, and collaborating with corporate partners. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in sales support, as well as proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and E-Automate.

- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to represent DOCUmation positively in client-facing and community settings
Desired Qualifications
