Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, chat, and social media while handling sample fulfillment, data entry, and order validation. Troubleshoot customer issues by providing solutions, recommendations, or replacements with a positive approach, and translate between English and Spanish as needed. Process paperwork accurately into CRM systems, update reports, and assist in testing new surveys. Identify potential sales opportunities, meet performance metrics, and recommend improvements to support operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HSED)
- Previous work experience in customer service, sales, training, or member retention
- Ability to quickly learn complex program and product knowledge
- Ability to work on a PC, accessing and navigating multiple software applications in a Windows environment
- Ability to talk to the customer on the phone via a headset at the same time
- Beginner to Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Suite, primarily in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency in typing/keyboard
- Polished phone demeanor, tone and etiquette
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to effectively and efficiently utilize multiple Internet search windows
- Ability to learn and understand new software and other technology applications as introduced by the Client and Alta Resources
- Bilingual Spanish & Non-bilingual
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to effectively and efficiently utilize multiple Internet search windows

Desired Qualifications
- Post high school education
- Industry experience or any other service related industry experience
